Order Terms
We process orders during working hours, from 07:00 to 16:00. If an order is placed outside working hours, it will be processed on the following day.
We will contact the buyer if there is any issue related to the order or delivery. In such cases, the order will automatically be placed on pending status until the buyer provides a response. However, if the buyer does not respond before the maximum order acceptance or pickup time, the order will proceed without any complaint from the buyer. By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Shipping Weight Terms
We list product weights according to actual conditions. If the buyer wishes to place a large order but is unable to complete the checkout because it exceeds the system limit, please contact our admin through the Tokopedia chat feature for further information.
Shipping Service Options
For products in the Frozen Food and Non-Frozen Food categories, we have filtered several delivery service options to help keep goods in proper condition until they reach their destination.
- Same-day, instant, or next-day delivery for frozen food:
Gojek or Grab Same Day: maximum 7 kg
Gojek or Grab Instant: maximum 20 kg
Paxel Next Day: maximum 5 kg - Same-day, instant, next-day, or regular delivery for non-frozen food:

REX - Store courier service:
Our store courier serves the Greater Jakarta area with a maximum weight of 500 kg. This delivery option is provided as an alternative solution when the first or second delivery options are not available. Please contact our admin through the Tokopedia chat feature for further information. - Self pickup from our store or warehouse:
There is no minimum pickup quantity. We are ready to serve both retail and bulk orders.
